Apostolic Gateway

God has laid on us the vision of being the Apostolic Gateway to Southern India. This is because of our desire to spread the doctrine in the southern part of the country and also because of our strategic location on the map. Visiting international ministers would want to go through this gateway because of the convenience the city offers. International flights serviced by all major airlines, excellent infrastructure in terms of roads, power, hotels with Internet and Wi-Fi access, a city of many wonderful sights and sounds, a bridge city between the old and modern with a touch of old world British Charm and a whiff of Tamil politeness… This apart, excellent organizing abilities, planning capabilities, logistics, and contacts, make this gateway a preferred destination.

A city with a population of 1 crore 10 lacs… 17,000 streets filled with people, more than 300 schools, 39 universities, and scores of other institutions. On the darker side., More than 11 lakh people live in slums, an estimated 9000 female sex workers operate in the city, 20,000 drug addicts, 1,50,000 street children, 75,000 child beggars, 1084 suicides every year…….

Is it not potential enough to preach the Gospel, to tell this city that we love about JESUS and the APOSTOLIC DOCTRINE??? 4000 churches dot this city, and out the teeming populous, only 7.63% are Christians. We pray that as a church that practices the Book of Acts we believe that God has put our church as the Gateway to the Southern India – to preach the Apostolic Doctrine and bring the Power of the Book of Acts through the city Chennai to reach South India…
