What We Believe

In the great commission and are endeavoring to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with love, mercy, and compassion.

There is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4 ). He is the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living beings. He has revealed Himself to humanity as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Savior), and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit).

In water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Through baptism we identify with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ Romans 6:3-6; Colossians 2:11-14; Acts 2:38.

In the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial sign of speaking in other tongues. Acts 2:4

In the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He ministers to His people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing, helps, and government. Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:16; 2 Corinthians 12:1-11

We believe that the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testament are the inspired Word of God. The Scriptures are inerrant, infallible and the final authority for faith and life. The 66 books of the Holy Bible are the complete and divine revelation of God to humanity.

We believe in Jesus Christ, who is both God and man. He is God incarnate; the image of the invisible God; God manifested in the flesh that is God’s only begotten son. We believe that as a son He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and performed miracles, and taught with authority. He died for the sins of all humanity, had a bodily resurrection, ascended into heaven and will return again.

We believe that all people are sinners by nature and have become alienated from God. They are totally sinful and unable to remedy their lost condition. Humanity is reconciled to God only by God’s grace received through faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.

We believe the Church is the living spiritual body of believers of which the Lord Jesus Christ is the Head. The Church functions as Christ would function in the earth, seeking to find lost souls for the purpose of bringing them salvation; and that signs and wonders including divine healing would follow them.

We believe there is Eternal Life in a place God has prepared for those who accept God’s grace and receive His gift of salvation and there is eternal destruction for those who reject His grace and refuse His gift.
